I have used them 2x, both experiences were great. First time I had to get off because my doctor wanted to run several test before I proceeded. I called ReflexMd customer service and they canceled my subscription immediately. Second time I was on it, I lost so much weight in a 3-4mon span, 20lbs. Unfortunately i lost my job and could no longer afford it. Again I contact them but this time via email. Reflexmd responded 4-5 days later but they canceled my subscription immediately. I can’t wait to use their services again, once I’m employed. I have had no concerns with them.
