Package was not cold or even cool when delivered. Was sent 2 day air which is too long for a product that needs to be kept cold. Even the web site says “overnight” delivery. Now we have something that we are not even sure is any good

Addendum 8/29: I raised to 3 stars. 11 weeks after I posted this I was contacted by ReflexMD and they eventually agreed to credit my account for this shipment and asked me to update this review. I no longer do business with them. 6/5: Package arrived warm, ices melted. Not sure if it is good to use. The first notice I had of delivery was the evening after it was delivered so it had been out in the sun most of the day because I didn't know it was coming. I have other customer service issues so I am leaving this company.

In the famous words of Jenny… “run Forrest…run”… This “thing” (not a company or practice) is inept. It appears “doctors” (hard to think these people went to high school let alone med school suggest a medication and then customer service changes things for them. Run

My experience so far has been very smooth and effortless with the communication and support. I’ve lost approximately 8 pounds in a month. I would definitely recommend this service to those seeking weight loss when other programs have failed.

I've only been on the program for 6 weeks, but definitely satisfied with the results so far. And I like that the doctor prescribing my medication actually communicates with me, my questions are answered in a timely manner, and the medicine is shipped to me without any issues. It was hard to trust that this would be so easy to do, and it took me a while to actually commit (I looked at the website at least a dozen times before deciding to actually try it), but it has been one of the best decisions I've made for my health and well being.
