Such a simple process!! The product shipped and was received so quickly that I was absolutely shocked!! Great company and amazing service!!

This was my 1st shipment. When my UPS driver gave it to me I was so excited. The issue is that the ice packs were melted and the product was warm. I don't know how this will affect performance of the drug. I may have spent a lot if dollars for a product that has been rendered null from the heat it was exposed to. I'm hoping it's still OK. I guess I will know find out within the 1st 30 days of use.

Horrible. The Nordic Ice is so hot it’s dripping out. UPS Box came damaged. Prescription was hot

Very good thus far. Just took the first injection. The first month’s cost was reasonable but I will have to consider canceling due to the cost increase. UPDATE: Fabulous personal customer service. Very helpful.

The only issue I have with ReflexMD is the time frame from being charged for the shipment and actual shipment date is about a week.

The package arrived wet, and dripping. I know the product needs to be refrigerated. A note was inclosed that it may arrive at room temperature but it came from Florida and I don’t trust that it is safe. The previous I received were still cold in containers that retained the cold. Please send safe product as replacement.
