Shipment
I have had a good experience thus far, but this last shipment was very warm and the box was totally "mashed". The contents were not broken or damaged, but I am surprised. Thank you.

We are sorry to hear the medication was warm in your package when it arrived, but please don't worry. While our compounded medications are shipped with ice packs, the medication has been through cGMP stability studies and was found to be thermally stable at extreme temperatures well above 100°F. Assuming your package was not subject to extreme temperatures longer than two days, there should be no impact to safety or potency.

Zero customer service/they’re in it for the money
I have previously taken, semaglutide through a medical clinic and had success losing weight. For my last 30 pounds I decided to switch over to reflex MD because it was cheaper but still almost $500 a month. They put me back at the very lowest dosage after l had already been on it. I lost very little weight in the first 3 to 4 months. Then the weight loss just stopped. My hunger was never suppressed and my energy was nonexistent. They continuously process my payments early, when I was barely on my 2nd week of medication. When I finally decided to stop ordering from this company, the lady who contacted me then offered to give me 3 more months at a discounted rate of over $200 off a month. I was honestly furious. The only thing that company cares about is the money.

arrived defective and hot

It is 10:15 at night and the package just arrive
it is 10:15 at night and the package was just delivered. It was hot. This was not UPS's fault. There are no markings anywhere on the box or anywhere else saying it should be refrigerated. The packaging is also totally different from earlier shipments. I am not even sure it is safe to use. After all the hassle to get it here, this is the icing on the cake. What am I supposed to do?

I received my 3rd package and this time…
I received my 3rd package and this time it was from a different pharmacy than the previous packages. It arrived hot, the ice pack was completely defrosted. The semaglutide was in a pill bottle so I thought it was nausea medicine at first. I didn't receive a shipping notification, so I am not sure when it shipped. It came UPS this time and there was a silver bubble wrap liner with the bag containing the medication and syringes in it and a defrosted ice pack. The entire contents of the box were hot. I am not sure the medicine is any good. I have tried contacting customer service but have not heard back from them.

Guys, I gave 3 stars because until now I still didn’t lose no weight and I’m very sad about it. When I just start with the 10 units, after 3 weeks I lost 5 pounds because I had diarrhea for 3 days, as soon as the diarrhea stopped, I gained back the 5 pounds , now I’m on 20 units, every time I took it, I had diarrhea after 30 hours and last one day and I lost 3 pounds, as soon as the diarrhea stopped, I gained back the 3 pounds. I want to know it’s going to be like that, besides my appetite didn’t decrease at all. I would rather give a review after 4 months using that medicine because I only have 6 weeks on it. I forgot to add, I do 20 minutes of biking and 30 minutes of walking every day and being also on a low calorie diet with Nutrisystem. Maybe loosing weight is not for me.
