Disappointed
My first shipment was terrific, then I had some difficulties getting 2nd order set up. First order arrived and I was so impressed with how packaged and delivered by FedEx, marked perishable had 2 ice packs still almost frozen. I felt like the shipping process was amazing. My second order arrived Friday at end of day. Arrived UPS. Icepack hot, crazy hot, box not marked perishable or keep cold just time sensitive. The vials are smaller and are in pill bottles, do not appear to come from pharmacy that previously shipped. I paid for 3 month subscription. Supposed to take my next shot tomorrow but because of the incontinuity. No actual response from customer service or from my coach. I am sorely disappointed. Wondering if I can get my money back and return the product. I'm sad thst they do not have measures the same. I don't even know if I have the correct amount either. Update finally got through to them. I am still not happy, so they explained that they added to the. Semiglutide to make shelf stable basically. And that a different pharmacy is now handling tge prescription. As well as what I thought was semiglutide is now compounded semiglutide. My head hurts.

Product is fine and arrives in great…
Product is fine and arrives in great shape. It's just the price I have a problem with. I'm charged before the shipping. Not a good practice.

This is my 4th order
This is my 4th order. Very simple process from beginning to end. I receive my order very promptly after the Doctor consult. Notifications for delivery are very good and accurate. My only request would be another ice pack in the delivery. I have lost 48 lbs so far and feel great.

Update - I tried to log in with my old password. RefleMD tech resolved the problem
I tried to log in with my old password and it said it was invalid... I did the "Forgot password" and got an email with a link. Clicked the link and i got :403 Forbidden" error. Update - Jennifer, at RefleMD tech support, resolved the problem. She said there were two people with my name and they were sending the info to the wrong one. She also, helped resolve my question about travel and getting more than one vial at a time. So, They stepped up and everthing seems to be working well now.

Meds arrived a day later than scheduled…
Meds arrived a day later than scheduled and was no longer cold. You need to consider summer in Arizona when shopping.
