I contacted support Aug 1 to make sure my Aug 4 shipment was coming on time. My account says I still have a refill due to me. I paid $900 for 6 months. I have only received 3 months worth. Support received and read my message but never replied. I reached out again via chat on Aug 4 and Aug 5. Same treatment. On Aug 6 I called customer service and sat on hold for 7 min and was asked to leave a voicemail. Later on Aug 7 A customer service rep returned my voicemail and I updated my check in questionaire that was already done, but apparently lost in the transfer from the old portal to the new. He assured me that a doctor would be reading my check in and my shipment would be sent over the weekend. It’s now Tuesday Aug 11 and there is still no order placed, the chat box with the doctor is deactivated because it says I have no active orders. Support chat continues to read and no reply to my inquiries. I expect a $900 refund or my meds shipped out ASAP. In addition they use THE CHEAPEST SUPPLIES. My insulin syringe i used to administer my last dose from my last vial… the needle literally bent and broke off in my skin rather than going all the way into the subcutaneous tissue and i had to use tweezers to get it out and transfer the meds from one syringe to another… It was appalling.
