Here it is now 4 weeks and a half later and This company keeps sending the SAME message over and over!!! They do NOT honor the fact they sent 3 empty vials to me, they have not redispatched as promised, and THEY DON'T CARE!!! WHAT A TERRIBLE HORRIBLE COMPABY THEY ARE!! I have STOPPED my credit card payment to them, filed a BBB Complaint against them, and there STILL is nO live body/voice that contacts me EVER!! SAME OLD A/I produced answer!!! DO NOT USE THEM OR WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!!!!

Pharmacy they used took 5 days to deliver and packages were a disaster. Customer Service was awesome and have removed that pharmacy from the list and gave us a full refund and are working on a path ahead (also gave us a free month because of the issue). To us we use companies largely based on Customer Service and they will definitely be keeping our business.

Man! In this day and age, one has almost forgone customer relations, everything is automated and electronically counted, but Refills.com are bringing back that small-town feel. I really enjoyed their kindness and courtesy!
