Customer team helped me a lot and I purchased what I wanted.

I purchased a handbag that fell apart on the second day I carried it. The screw from the hardware that was attached to the strap fell out. I reached out to Reebonz & Brand Off online store with no response. They only described a small scratch.

Great customer service. Great products at affordable prices and very timely delivery! I am a happy customer.
