My gloves were packaged beautifully and exactly as described. These were Chanel gloves from many seasons ago that I had lost one of. I was delighted to find the pair on reebonz. The shipping was fairly quick as well. I would definitely use this site again.

Looking for improvement
I shop by Reebonz for many times. One thing not very satisfied is WhatsApp service, people answer questions slowly. And since different time zone, I have to wait a couple of days to get feedback which is frustrated. Also, for returned products, they don't send you updates, you have to keep tracking to see when to get your money back.
