Sauna package arrived well packed
Sauna package arrived well packed. Nothing was damaged. Assembly was straight forward, however, it took me a little longer to assemble. Only real challenge was the metal roof but it son and its dry after snow and rain. Electrician just finished wiring. Turned it on and it warmed up fine. The WiFi controls have a lot of options that I need to figure out. Wil load stones today and hopefully get to use it tomorrow.

Redwood answered all my questions as I was making my decision to buy a sauna. They listened to my goals to help me narrow down options. Shipping was straight forward. We were able to call to get support when we had questions during the build process. Incredibly solid company and I love my Cove 3 person outdoor sauna!

Fantastic Customer Service
Jared and Reggie(?) enthusiastically took multiple calls and fielded many questions during my diy installation and in prep for the electrical installation. They were knowledgeable and quickly gave me the clarification/guidance that I needed for a dynamite build. While I hope to not have to talk to them again, I take comfort in knowing that they are there. Thanks again for all of your help.

well made and designed
well packaged, well made, great design with the large window. I think the basket with the hot stones should have unobtrusive narrow " belt" - maybe 2 wooden braces - but I guess you can't have wood so close to the hot rocks

everything but....the 2 lounges that I…
everything but....the 2 lounges that I bought to use inside the barrel sauna are too wide. Am going to have to return them.

2025 garden sauna
We don’t have our garden sauna running yet but it’s almost there, just the electrical left. We are so excited and it’s beautiful, we will send pictures when it’s done. We had a couple of parts damaged and a missing part so that I had to call and order twice. The second time I just left a message and they had the part sent out the same day. The staff from start to finish has been stellar. Zero complaints, they were so helpful and quick on getting helping with any issues or questions we had. I love this company! We chose it because of the reviews and because they are close to us in Washington, just in case we had problems. Looking forward to using our sauna. Erin
