Your staff was outstanding. I live in rural Oregon..Delivery was on time. Everything in the kit was there. Friend and myself put it together (barrel) in 4 hours counting pizza break. Works wonderful. Will add cedar deck around it… and cover it. Thanks Nick and Chase.. great help .. I hope to enjoy my sauna for years. Great product… great service.. Thanxs, Rob Petterson Myrtle Creek,Oregon

Bought a barrel sauna and like the product. Shipping was confusing as it came in several shipments and when receiving tracking it was not clear what was included in each shipment. After assembling the sauna and installing the heater, I realized that there were not controls on the heater so I contacted Redwood and they advised that they shipped the incorrect heater (one that would go with the wifi control panel, not the standard heater). Unfortunately the timing was right before the Christmas / NY holiday, so it took two weeks before they shipped me an upgraded Wifi kit. There were a couple of hiccups but the product is still great and the customer service people were helpful and made things right.

I have the 3 person indoor sauna and the cold plunge. They are high quality and look great.

We purchased a 6ft Barrel Sauna from Redwood Outdoors in Fall 2024 and are so happy we did! It has been an incredible addition to our life, especially living in the high elevation mountains with long winters. We decided to purchase the 8kW Harvia Spirit Wifi Heater to heat our sauna and we're glad we did. It is so nice to be able to turn it on from our phones when we are leaving skiing and have it warm when we get home. Having the higher power heater when it's routinely single digits or below zero here helps with heating up quickly too. The 6 ft sauna is advertised as a 6 person sauna but it really is more of a 4 person and is really comfy with 2 people. We've squeezed 5 in ours and it was cozy! One thing we didn't realize until we got the heater is that the control box for the wifi heater cannot be placed on the outside of the sauna if you live in an environment where it gets below 32 degrees so we had to work with our electrician to work out a way for it to be moved inside our garage. Just added a bit more work and confusion. One thing that has happened to our sauna is that one of the hinges on the door broke within a few months of using it. Redwood Outdoors was great and sent us new hinges right away. Overall we love our sauna and our new little spa zone so much! We made ourselves a cold plunge with a stock tank and a stock tank de-icer and the cold therapy is truly a must to go along with the heat!

The kit was easy to put together and when we did have to call them it was easy to get ahold of someone and get answers we needed. We did have a professional install the stove (wood) since we didn't want to cut into it ourselves. I did give the company feedback on their shingle kit which I hope they improve in the future. Shingles were fine, but I think there is room for improvement in the shingle kit. The sauna itself has been great. I was worried with how cold it gets here that a sauna without insulation would take forever to heat up and would burn through a lot of wood. That is not the case. We cut down an extra tree this fall and have been using the sauna at least 3 times a week all winter and have plenty of wood leftover. For one session, if we want to run it really hot, we have used about 6 small pieces of wood and that is plenty on a cold day. If you aren't super handy, like myself, get yourself at least two other folks to help you put it together and give yourself at least a couple days. If you get the shingles, I suggest installing them when it's warm/sunny out so they have a chance to stick properly. At first we tightened the straps too much and the door wouldn't close so be aware of that if you run into this problem. Loosening the straps fixed this problem right away. When it was delivered the box was too large to fit on the liftgate so I was glad we had extra folks around since we had to unload the box piece by piece out of the delivery truck. Something to ask about/consider when scheduling delivery. We did have a couple of spots we caulked after assembly, but they were minor and easy enough to take care of. So far we have enjoyed it emensly and appreciate this company. If you are going to get a kit like this, get it from these folks.

The people of Redwood Outdoors made my experience great. Everyone, and I mean everyone I dealt with at Redwood Outdoors went way out of their way for me. From Nick to Cooper to Jordan to Serah. Unbelievable experience. These folks went out of their way to help ME, and they did not need to. Beyond offering the absolutely best products on the market, the people of Redwood Outdoors are second to none. If you are in the market for a Sauna, or Cold Plunge you need to contact Redwood Outdoors. I GUARANTEE YOU WILL HAVE ONE OF THE BEST PURCHASING EXPERIENCES OF YOUR LIFE. No regrets here

Bad customer service, no response for a month!!!. My sauna is not working. waiting for a response for a long time. I am not able to use the sauna for over a month now. I don't think they care much after selling the product.

We love our backyard circuit from Redwood Outdoors. The barrel sauna is wonderful, holds 190+ F during winter temps well below freezing. The cold plunge is equally fantastic. We love the vertical seating and damn it's cold! We have had a couple of small challenges that the RO's customer service team immediately fixed. This is a company that clearly stands behind it's high quality products and cares about it's customers. If you are looking for a barrel sauna and/or cold plunge, you will be thrilled with Redwood Outdoors!
