Hey Jason, we saw the order and the credit that didn’t cover a full replacement. That’s not how it should land, but when i dug deeper i actually saw that our replacement apartment refunded the full amount to your original payment method and then credited 70% of the actual amount to you on store credit on top, that makes sense why you did not see the full amount on your dashboard. Ticket with the order ID. We’ll top the credit or replace it so you don’t pay the difference again, on top of the refund we already processed, apologies for the confusion, it was meant in a good way from our replacement team.

Hey Max, stock moves live and support taking over 24 hours on those two keys we cannot imagine happen, even after checking our daily stock for the last two weeks, there is always at least 15 available accounts to choose from else the variant is disabled in our shop. We pulled the email, looked at both orders and just processed you a refund, apologies for the waiting and we hope to see again as a customer. Send the IDs in a ticket. We’ll check the logs again and sort a replacement on top.
