I bought from here a few hours ago and it seemed pretty legit until I got into the account selection place on my ultra premium key which in one of the guaranteed photos it shows you could get like 2 or 3 og and exclusive skins but when I was at the selection page the only account that was available was an account made in 2021 that maybe belonged to a TikToker that I searched up yesterday with a ton of new gen skins but it was fairly stacked but when I tried to log into the email website it says the password I was provided is wrong and now I’m only able to login to the epic account I’ve made zero changes to the account because it’s impossible without the email and I can’t ensure it’s fully locked down to keep but I do really like their key system since it literally tells you twice to start recording your entire purchase. Edit: my replacement request was approved and I got back £98.99 in store credit even tho I spent £112.45 (152.19 usd) But at least I got back something but im not even able to the full balance of the store credit and I have to pay more money out of pocket to get another account which is disappointing and I’d rather just have a refund back into my original payment method

Hi SUBBY, sorry the picker and the email login weren’t right. In the replacement email there’s an option for store credit or the original payment method. I checked your order, there was no reply on that mail, so it went out as store credit. That’s why it landed at £98.99 instead of £112.45. Open a ticket with the order ID. We’ll add the missing £13.46 and give you another account on us as compensation. If you want the leftover on the original payment method instead of credit, say that in the ticket and we’ll do that too.
