We pulled the email on this review and didn’t find an open order we left hanging. If an account got recovered we replace it. Open a ticket with the order ID and we’ll handle it.

The account that i got was TAKEN back and i do not have access to anything in the account. i tried to reach out via discord and there was nowhere i could write a complain redware answer please
Response from RedwareOct 19, 2026
Sorry Haakon, the account getting taken back and no clear Discord path is not what our replacement flow was built for. I checked your email and name and was trying to refund the full amount to you on the same payment method, but i did not find any order tied to your name, date or email. Ticket with the ID and we’ll replace it for free and refund the full amount to you, we´re really sorry if this actually happened.
