My wife and I went to the red robin in Bellingham today April 13 at 1345 pm we ordered a chicken burger and a bacon cheese burger that’s it We waited for 27 miniutes for these far too long also there was only 6 people in the lounge the whole time when the food arrived it was cold and the burger was red not even cooked we told the manager he said sorry 3 times and took the burger off the bill which I sent back he said he would make a new one and I said no way I would not wait that long anywhere for a burger it was also in a pan not freshly cooked he took the food away and came back with a free desert coupon if we would come back I left the coupon on the table and said never again if I want a desert I can buy one very bad service and attitude this day and age this is not acceptable no one waits 27 min for out of the pan burger I hope you understand this complaint thank you for your attention

Service isnt like it used to be, and food was extremely cold. Waiter was to busy with other tables and never checked on my family and we kept asking for things we needed with having to wave them down. Need to revamp your staff!

Terrible customer experience.I was looking for the best burger in OKC. I walked into the Red Robin Burger Joint on N Penn & in Edmond. 2 kids at the hostess stand with little or no experience were there to take my to go order . Seemed simple enough. Been there myself working in the FB BZ for 30 years myself. Ive enjoyed many RR burgers at other locations. Too much wokeness. LGBTQ? Seriously. When I was in the business we wore uniforms. Go Woke Go Broke

This red robin on Ford Road is horrible They service was bad and the cook is horrible food was not all the way done.My son got food poison from this place after we left..So place whoever think about going there place dont.!

Went to the restaurant for a welcome home meal with friends. I have a food allergy and advised the waitress. Waitress came back and advised the cook said that the entire kitchen was exposed to the food I am allergic to and they would not make any accommodations. I said that was fine and to cancel my order. The manager came over and said he understood there was an issue. I advised that in the past, the cook has pulled out a pan and cooked my burger separate. The manager said the pan broke so they couldn't do that anymore and was sorry and walked away. The group I was with didn't feel comfortable with me sitting at the table and them eating so we left and went to another restaurant that was amazing and accommodated my allergy with open arms.

This is the second time I have been to Red Robin this year. Both today & my last visit in the Spring, I waited almost an hour to receive my sandwich. I will NOT be returning.

We went to one in Indianapolis Indiana and the food was cold, place was dirty like no other. My food came on a dirty plate and we waited for our food to be served while it sat in the window for 15 minutes. The total for 5 of us to eat there was crazy 118.00 and it sucked not worth the money. That was my first time eating at one and my last.

So disappointed with their online ordering. They got none of the burgers correct, didn't add the bacon we paid $2 extra dollars for, didnt remove the tomatoes and other things we checked off our burgers, mixed ingredients for two different burger and couldnt even be seperatef at home because it was mixed with a very spicy ingredient. They brought it out curbside and forgot the drinks...i was picking up the order but did not order it so I didnt know but that shouldnt have mattered anyway. Their way of fixing the drink issue (we called about that before checking the burgers unfortunately) was to either inconvenice us further by going back or later got a phone call saying we can ask for them for free drinks next time we go because they couldnt refund since it was part of the meals... never again will we order online from them. The woman who called us back was nice enough but correcting these issues well needs serious work!
