Alondra was our server. She did not acknowledge our needs. We had to ask for a refill on drinks when clearly our cups were empty on the edge of the table! Also, when we ordered our food we asked about a substitution on an item, she said of course no problem but didn't let us know it was an upgrade and a extra charge. That should have been clarified. She acted like we didn't exist and had to ask her several times for items when she would walk by our table she would look the other way. Very dissatisfied with the server. She sure liked everyone else that day! The location of this Red Robin is 9116 W Glendale Ave. Glendale AZ 85305.

Hi My boyfriend and I ate at Red Robin today for lunch. I ordered I believe it's called blue ribbon. If you are a fan of blue cheese do not order this one! I was very disappointed! The beef was really thin, blue cheese was very little dot like blue cheese, I couldn't even taste it. There was a lot of shredded lettuce, aoli, another sauce. I think the bill was $45. Soooo not worth it!!! Our waitress was really good! The onion rings were good.

Terrible service, food was cold.

Poor customer service and the burger was not good the food was garbage.

For a brief moment, I was only there to pick up an order. There was a tall young lady and I asked her if my order was ready. She said not yet even though she didnt look or walk back to kitchen. I addressed her on that and said can you check please. Just then there were about 4 young people and they were giggling to her and asking her how tall she was and using there hands with their arms higher than theirs. She said her height and they all looked at her funny and mocked her. She just walked away and went to the other side and looked at me. I asked one of them to check and the bag was right there. I told them I love being tall and the girl had a funny smirk.... I thought how cruel they were acting yet all of them were much shorter than her and to be frankly it felt like a "locker room" in an high school.. The ridiculousness of this was the young man engaging in this infantile behavior. I thought why they all are standing around and doing nothing and why is this behavior even happening... How UNPROFFESSINAL is this! If this is just a brief take of the place I can only guess how it might be inside at a table. No good reviews here and management needs to train them how to behave around adults and maybe a restaurant job is not for the group who seemed to be stuck in grade school mind set. This was in Mesa at the Superstition Springs Road..

After getting my delivery from VanMall in Vanc, Wa., I was reminded of why I haven't visited this establishment in over 20 years. I asked for crispy fries - they were soggy, limp and cold. The hamburger had old onions, they didn't secure the salad dressing lid so it was all over the burger, which made it soggy. The salad had soggy croutons. The only good thing out of this order were the onion rings. I should have just gotten a Whopper and save myself $30.

I took my grandson Here for his birthday. For 5 of us cost was over 100.00 no drinks just water. Burgers were small fries were limp and cold and greasy. Never again, I won't be back.

bathroom was disgusting, food was very small portions, floors were not cleaned as I was sitting at my table under the table was a lid for a drink and someone else's fries that was never swept up and tables was not cleaned it was sticky, bad name for a restaurant that was at one time a good place to go but is expensive for the lousy experience I had there
