Peoria Arizona on 83rd Ave . My Order was 2 1/2 late . On one hour a message was sent that my order would be here at 6:42 , I thought ok but it never showed then I was sent that the order would be here about 740 , so I decided to call the restaurant after no show and she said the order was still there but I was sent a message it was being delivered again . DoorDash finally got there to the restaurant at 8:00 about same time I called restaurant and the girl at restaurant was giving the order to the dasher girl but I’m saying that order has been sitting for two hours and you are going to send that to me cold and I had doughnuts that would be cold but I was worried about the meat sitting for two hrs and the restaurant to go girl was ready to send it . I told her let me talk to manager and she said they can remake it but I told her I can not eat now because it’s to late for me and I have sever acid reflex . I don’t hardly order because it’s expensive to order for delivery or eat out and I thought I would do something nice for my son for his birthday and also was a treat for me . The restaurant manager made it right and still sent the order . So I will eat my meal tomorrow. So I called DoorDash and they did not want to take no responsibility of the DoorDash being late and she was ready to take my cold order and bring it to me until I stopped it . When I called DoorDash it said to push a certain number if it was bad and it would be recorded and listen to later . Like I said he pushed it to restaurant and I told him that the DoorDash needs to check the order not to see what in it but make sure the bag has not been sitting there for awhile that it is there responsibility to check it but again I was told to talk to restaurant . I will never order from DoorDash. Never again . No communication skills and these people want more money for non skilled stuff . After all this I had left a note for lots of ranch dressing , I got ZERO . Unbelievable. . Never again with DOORDASH . They need to do there job also and not blame the restaurant . Drop Door Dash Red Robin’s , just mabe your reviews will be better , becauses of Door Dash your ratings are low !

Redlands California.. Horrible Food and Unqualified Manager, Cold and Highly overpriced bad food. I work as a secret dinner for my job and write reviews via what I see, hear and experience. Well I know it's said to request a manager to make proper adjustments when something is wrong or problem solving is needed. However, who do you ask for when the manager is a unqualified leach that flirts with his waitresses and ask them to rub his back as he waits for customer's orders. And makes negative non-factual judgements about customers, as they enter the restaurant. (Racist uncalled for statements) And the gross old balding manger chasing after the young (someone's daughter's) waitresses...cat/mouse play was unimpressive and sickening to view as a customer. One who paid too much for cold burgers and stake fries, raspberry creme drink, and a vanilla shake. I will Not return to this restaurant, until corporate makes some well needed changes.

We went out to dinner for our birthday's 10/25/24 at cooper point, Olympia wa location. the person that brought out the dinner dropped one of the meals on the floor. the person picked only the Hamberger and took it back to the kitchen. a little while latter she got, her meal. the Hamberger was cold and the fries was hot. we think they put the Hamberger that was dropped on the floor on a new bun and sent it back out.

Red Robbin Hillsboro Oregon food quality and service has gone downhill. Our food was cold to the point I only took three bites. The taste of the food was no where near what it used to be. The bottomless fries were not needed as our server never returned after giving us our food. He never even checked to see if our food was ok! We did notice he was still there cuz we saw him thru the window when we got in our car to leave. This was our last time eating at ANY red Robbin !!!

waiter at Red Robin Hollywood Portland or restaurant We ate at the hollywood ptld rest on Monday, 6 pm .. Our waiter was awful. He delivered burger & onion rings --No DIPPING sauce and hamburger with bottomless fries and bottomless soda to my husband. No napkins. My hubby did not get refill either bottomless item. He dropped off our food & didnt return till it was time to pay bill. We tried 2 times to get his attention but he ignored us. He gave All his attention to the nearby table with 8 customers. Never will go to Red Robin again

If I can give this company zero stars I would I just recently visited this restaurant early September The service started off great and then it wasn't until I was served my second drink that someone hocked in my drink it was filled with mucus and saliva and it was at the bottom of my drinking glass before I knew it all the mucus and the bartender's saliva had gone down my throat and I wasn't able to regurgitate it or throw this disgusting taste up. I have never been so insulted and upset in my life I don't know why someone would do this to someone who is disabled let alone anyone; this restaurant should be closed down I plan to take legal action against this company and individuals at this restaurant for this volatile action for what this employee has done I would like someone to reach out to me from corporate as soon as possible regarding this issue no one should be treated like this it makes no sense. The first drink did not taste like that plus you can tell when something is not right when you get a specific drink all the time. The second drink it was definitely filled with mucus and saliva at the bottom of the glass; that went down my throat it was so disgusting instantly I felt sick, and I felt the cold as it traveled down my esophagus and I was so angry that I could not do anything about it and that I could not regurgitate the drink and throw it back up, so I just walked out the restaurant because I was too upset. Ever since my visit at this Red Robin's I have been sick; sick as a dog I have been spitting up and developed intense sickness which I had not been experiencing before stepping foot into this establishment. My mouth has been filled with the bartender's nasty saliva and it's been hard to get that nasty mucus taste from someone else out of my throat and mouth whoever did this should be ashamed of themselves and have legal action taken against them and the company. This case needs to be heard by a judge; what happened to me should not have to happen to anyone else; especially an disabled government employee. SMH, this is simply ridiculous!

This lesson learned cost me $94.00. Missing items, poor quality of food and customer service. I am only speaking about my location, at Waldorf md. This is my 2nd problem with Red Robin. I spoke with manger, who agreed to refund me for missing item, but, I didn't call her back to tell her 1/2 the food was trash!

Absolutely terrible don't eat here I have eaten here once a year from 2022-2024 never again In 2022 I go with a friend, after in the parking lot, my friend threw up in the bushes In 2023 I got it as delivery , I didn't feel good after Today I decided to give another try and regret it sooo much If made me feel not good Headache, vertigo, low energy, loss of balance, absolutey terrible worst place ever don't eat here unleee you want to have terrible food and get sick and not feel good after eating
