I was in the mood for a good burger, and while searching yelp, I was reminded of the royal burger. A gourmet burger with bacon and egg on it. Plus I remember they had some pretty good cocktails. We have not been Here for quite a few years. When my kids were growing up, it was our go to place because they had never-ending fries. With five active kids, this helps a lot lol. We arrived, and there was not many people. We were sat immediately. Nicole was our server, and she took my drink order right away. I asked for a Cadillac margarita, they had a similar top shelf margarita with Cointreau on the menu. I told her that was good enough, she offered to substitute Grand Marnier for the Cointreau. One nice change over the years is that not only the fries were endless, you could also have endless broccoli or salad with your gourmet burger. Endless Garlic Parmesan cheese fries for an up charge of $1.60. What we ordered: 2x Royal burger with bacon and egg Guacamole bacon burger Boneless chicken wings BBQ The food arrived quickly and everybody was quite happy. I immediately put in for refills on the fries, because I know they have to cook them up. The waitress was really nice and helpful. She was friendly and took great care of us. I think she may have been the bartender also? I did take a picture of her, I think her name was Nicole. Pleasure to have her wait on us. With such great service, good prices, and good cocktails, we will not wait so long to come back.

Went to Red Robin on Long Dr. I wasn't feeling great, but thought that it was because the day was very hot. We went to escape the heat. I had very little appetite, and with my allergies, had special needs as well. Brandon and Blake were wonderful and amazing! They were kind and courteous, thoughtful! After getting home it became evident that I was coming down with the flu. They made a difficult night much more tolerable, and helped me get some of the only nutrition I had that night. Definitely will come back again, but preferably not when I'm becoming ill!

They were so accommodating and the food was good for a chain. I really appreciated how good they were about my allergy. When I told them I had a soy allergy something that most people just mistake for not being a big deal, it is in so many things, they were all over it. They gave me an special menu and checked everything with the kitchen to ensure that I was taken care off.

Thank you for the multitudes of sauces Lindsay at the Lakewood, WA location. Loved the bbq with Mayo sauce

I've been at this establishment very few times over the years. However, it's left a nice impression on me. The one time my family and I had a wait time of almost an hour. Once inside things got rolling. Waiter was very attentive, speedy, and friendly. Food came out a bit sooner than expected and tasty. Ordered food pickup online and it's great. Very pleasant lady and food came out with very little wait. No order screw ups occurred. Highly recommend this place. For those who are on a budget, take a look at their Family Meals. It's priced very good in my opinion.

Good beer, good food

Ate at Red Robin in Houston late after a concert. Had to wait a bit for seating as they had probably cut their earlier Saturday evening staff. Manager came to get our drinks before our server, Vanessa, arrived on the scene. My guest ordered the BLTA on a croissant with a taste for the bacon. Although told two strips came with the sandwich and she had trouble finding the small pieces, the manager brought four more pieces to satisfy her craving. Vanessa was impeccable in attentive service, keeping drinks filled, and my sweet potato fries replenished. We did not realize how time flew (like a Robin, ha ha) and were surprised as we continued to be serve in a friendly caring way after the restaurant officially closed at 11 pm. We felt welcome throughout our experience and will return again, long before my next birthday burger reward. Thanks, Red Robin, and Joel!
