Luke warm fries ends & pieces, luke warm onion rings

Portion sizes getting smaller We use to eat at Red Robin very regularly. With covid, it broke the pattern and we have not eaten there for a long time. Went for a chicken salad a couple of weeks ago and thought, it was very good, we will start going back. My wife and I went last night and got the same chicken salad, there was about 1/3 of the chicken (at best) that there use to be. After we left, we both said, that we were not full (we're not overweight people who eat a lot) and could have gone to another restaurant for a main meal. The salad was more like a beginner salad. Disappointed. The restaurant will be left off of our list of places to go for salads. It looked like they cut down on the portion size of the chicken to save money - yet charged us full price. Restaurants must learn that predictability of food quality & portions are a big deal. Last night was one big disappointment. So we will not be returning for probably a long time. We eat out over 10X a week so you are going to lose a big customer.

Some of our party ordered pizzas. After about 20 minutes the waitress told us that they had no pizzas dough so no pizzas. Everyone ordered a burger and it took about 40 minutes to get our food. We should have left and went for pizza.

Service was fine but food quality was lacking. They advertise gourmet burgers. Save your money and go to Steak and Shake, I orded the haystack burger, was so salty rest of flavors were drowned out. I got a pizza to take home to the kids and tried a slice myself. Their pizzas are thin crust which is fine with me but I believe the cardboard box it came in would have tasted better then the crust of this pizza. Will never go back!

A year ago, this rating would have been a 4 or even 5. This time it's a 2. There were several problems related to check but the manager took care of them for us. The bigger issues were: 1) the bun changed for the worse; I've had better buns at fast food restaurants. 2) I understand they are catering to the woke mob by trying to keep their ESG score high; however, I don't want a side of politics with my burger. Please keep the trans agenda rubbish to yourself and just let me enjoy a my burger. Red Robin, how about this: you don't tell me about your sexual preference and I wont tell you about mine; fair enough?

My wife and I each ordered a burger with sweet potato fries. She got hers but mine came with regular fries and I am allergic to white potatoes. I told the waitress and she said she would bring some after about 15 minutes I asked someone else and after another 15 I asked someone else. The waitress finally brought a plate and bragged hot out of the fryer and to my surprise they were regular fries. So we waited awhile for the sweet potato fries and finally got them. When I paid in cash I don’t remember the exact price something like $32.30, I gave her $40.00 and she brought back $7.00 and no change. Probably won’t go back for awhile.

First and foremost the service was bad. No water- Pipes have been broken for several weeks?? The waitress stated it happened every year? The stand up board on the table- Dont touch it. We didn't play games just browsed through it. When the bill came there was an entertainment charge?? It was for the games on the table! The waitress took off the charge.

Ordered two burgers and onion rings, to go at Red Robin on Galaxy Drive in Lacey Washington. Order was to be ready at 6:35 waited until 7:10. Took ten minutes to get home. Food was cold burgers were burnt. They continued to tell people something was broke in the kitchen. I don't think that should be my problem. After all I spent $46. For two burgers and onion rings.
