I did an online order for our office for 11 people. When I got there our food was ready on time and Daisy was very kind and helpful when I asked for some extra sauces to go. When I got back to the office, all of the orders were there and done correctly! Good job!

We really enjoyed our meals there! The food was really good. But then we had an issue with the bill. I need to say that Red Robin went over and above what we expected to rectify the issue. This made us very impressed with this company. We will definitely be repeat customers because they did so much to help and did it without a hassle! Kudos Red Robin for excellent customer service.

I stopped in Red Robin on 1-7-25 around 315Pm. I was greeted by the host a young man didn’t catch his name promptly brought to a booth was very professional. The waitress who was named Samantha came over and took drink order came back with drinks took my order in a very professional manner . Samantha kept checking and asking how food was and if needed anything. When done eating check was brought promptly and taken care of..I would like to let the manager know that Samantha is a very good waitress and very professional and seems to be a valuable employee. I hope that Samantha receives praise for a great job. This was the Red Robin in the Towns center in Fayetteville New York

Had a late dinner with my wife tonight, come to this location for many years. Our server was Jack and he was absolutely great! It was nice having a server who really knows his craft and was a pleasure to talk too. We always do the wings to start… and followed up with burgers. Jack was always checking in to see if we needed extra napkins or blue cheese sauce. Great experience, always good food. (3000 Lougheed Hwy Coquitlam)

I go to the RED ROBIN in Warwick Rhode Island. We go there a lot. Monica is usually my waitress. She is the best. She always takes my order quickly and never messes it up. Brings me french fries nice and hot. I have to order gluten free which is not a big deal. For some places it is. She always gets me my gluten free roll with no problem. I went a few weeks ago with my family. Even my brother and his wife said what a great waitress. I love the new Tuesday special. $10 Cheeseburgers are Great. Even with the added GF roll, I can still eat reasonable. I have been to many RED Robin's in Washington state. This is one of the best ones. She makes it a joy to eat there. Don't go out to eat often alone. She makes me feel comfortable so I can.. She deserves a reward.

The Mac and cheese is amazing

We have always had a decent experience with Red Robin. Since the pandemic, we order through either Skip The Dishes or Uber Eats. The food is always warm and tasty, and exactly what we order. Don't get me wrong, we have had some slight issues here and there (for example, they forget the drinks some of the time..) but it's been great for the most part. My daughter has been a fan of Red Robin since she was little. Always loves it there. The fries are tasty, the Red Robin seasoning is great. A family fave!

Took our Grandson here fora celebration as it is his favorite. Our server,, Jamie, was fabulous as was the food. My husband left his card in the machine but only noticed it the next day. We called and the honest workers turned it in to the manager who held it until he could pick it up. We loved Red Robin! Des Peres, MO
