Highly overpriced for the lack of quality. We paid $44.06 for 2 unimpressive burgers, a raspberry creme drink, and a vanilla shake. Never returning.

Customer service sucks! When we walked in she grabbed a kids menu for my daughter, who is 14. When we ordered, my daughter asked for a plain cheeseburger just meat, cheese, and bun and the waitress REFUSED and said they can only do that with a kids burger? I told the waitress that we order from this place weekly and it has never been a issue for a standard cheeseburger to come plain, where's the problem. I was told it was policy that you can not substitute or change the cheeseburger toppings.. WHAT? When the food came ( a kids menu cheeseburger with all the toppings on the side it was dumped on the table to where food was spilled off the plate. Never asked if we wanted water, nothing. I will NOT be walking into Red Robin again, delivery apparently has better service then treating yourself and dining in the restaurant.

I have been going to Red Robins for YEARS!! I ALWAYS get the Whiskey River Chicken sandwich. I have gotten so much that my kid only gets it too. Over the years I have noticed the chicken shrinking and the price inflating. My husband ordered the Salmon. Which seemed very small. The broccoli was anything less than eatable. Myself, and my kid got fries. They were old! To offer bottomless fries I would expect to always have fresh fries.

Could be better.

I always order the Bonsai burger - it has always been my birthday treat to go to Red Robin with friends for my birthday - it used to be yummy. But, the burger was tasteless and flat with a mushy texture. I do not like the new soft brioche buns at all - they just add to the icky soft texture of everything. Just go back to what works - a good robust hamburger on a good solid robust bun. I will NOT be going back to Red Robin - there are better burgers elsewhere now. So sad :( But on a positive note, the service was good and the environment pleasant.

Their burgers just aren't that great I can get a better hamburger at Burger King for 1/3 of the price. Okay they have bottomless fries I got the garlic bottomless fries I didn't taste any garlic. They are so overpriced their burgers used to be super good but now they're below average. That's just my opinion but I just left there and I would have rather ate at Burger King. And a burger king I don't have to leave a tip. Cuz their service isn't that great either.

As we were exiting Red Robin my daughter saw some people eating Red Robin cookies. She asked our waitress for one. We asked it for it to go. Once we got to our car my daughter pulled the cookie and it was very cold. Like just out of the refrigerator/feezer. My daughter stared eating it before I asked her how it was and she mentioned it was cold. So I went inside and asked if they could give me a warm Cookie. I had to listen to the explanation of how Red Robin sells their to go cookies cold so by the time I get home the cookie is warmed up three times. I explained that she wanted to eat the cookie in the car. I had to finally tell them that as a customer all I needed to leave satisfied was a warm cookie. They gave it me to but they made me go back to the car and get the quarter part eaten cookie and give it back to them. I thought that was really low and unncessary. We had just had dinner, a family of 6 adults and for one cookie Red Robin left a bitter taste in my experience.
