It was my Birthday celebration. MY Family and I choosed to eat here. I was embarrassed by the Quality of service. The unprofessionalism with everyone involved. Where is the manager and the food? I asked to have a box to take the food out. I no longer have the app. I never forget this horrific experience. I told my family say goodbye to red lobster. And thank you for the food poisoning.

Pleasant staff, parts of the order came cold. The kitchen area was in a filthy state with lots of water on the floor being trailed into the dining area. Had I seen the state of the kitchen before l had eaten I’d have of walked out and eat elsewhere. I pointed this out to the gentleman who seated us . He said they wouldn’t listen to him but they would take seriously a review on trust pilot.

The food quality and quantity has lowered while the prices have increased. The salad is pre-bag so it smells, and is only a handful of lettuce, it cost nearly $5 in Oklahoma. The shrimp scampi used to come in cast iron,it was well seasoned with a crust topping. Now, it is melted butter with garlic pieces with unseasoned boil shrimp placed in the vessel. Walt shrimp is no longer a crispy crunchy batter. I don't know how to describe it now. Everything just seems low par and disappointing . I will only come back for the drinks and biscuits (hopefully they are not as flat as we've been getting them lately). Bye bye! I can cook my own biscuits.

Three customers for Sunday Brunch. Two ordered shrimp dishes and one ordered fish and chips. The shrimp dinners were ok but the fish was inedible, it was tuff, rubbery, and not chewable. Waiter was informed and manager notified. Both employees apologized for terrible fish meal and offered a replacement but meal was almost over and no time to wait for reorder. Bill came and no compensation was offered for inedible meal. We will no longer visit this establishment. Manager admitted fish was now bought breaded and corporate will not go back to the way they breaded it at restaurant, said he has gotten many complaints. It should be removed from menu.

Omg. I ignored the Trustpilot rating that was right in my face! That's what I get! 😀 You would think that in this economy that they would try to make the food better.

Went to Red Lobster on Barry Road on 5/24/26. It was terrible! We ordered shrimp combos tail. It arrived in a small round bowl with some pieces of ice under them. Very tacky I think there were six shrimp. I ordered shrimp combo. It was a very small portion and the shrimp was cold! Never will I go back!!!!

Our friendly waitress, Mary, who did a beautiful job decorating a plate for me (Happy Birthday Michelle) and one for my mom (Happy Birthday Caroline) with chocolate sauce, and with a heart on each side of the plate when she served us each a big serving of ice cream and delicious sauces in a big martini glass with strawberries on the plate also. She and the staff sang "Happy Birthday" to us. We have celebrated our birthdays previous years at Red Lobster, but this was the first time we received such a wonderful/beautiful display wishing us a Happy Birthday. When I got home and realized I had left our take home bag on the table (which included 2 chocolate bars our friends had given us along with the takeout container with a baked potato and 2 Red Lobster rolls), I called the restaurant and the manager, Andrew, found my bag in the trash and told me when I came to pick up the 2 chocolate bars, they would make a fresh baked potato and rolls for me. He gave me four freshly made rolls instead of two, plus a card for a 20% disc. on my next visit since they had thrown out my bag, even though I was the one who had left it on the table.

Why I keep giving Red Lobster a second chance is baffling? I was excited to see the "Endless Shrimp" once again and had to go back. And again, disappointed. I started with popcorn shrimp (big mistake). They were so over breaded and some of the shrimp still had their hulls. I individually shredded the breading off and ate the shrimp. There was an adequate amount so that was a wash. Then I ordered shrimp scampi. Thankfully they were very good. By this time, I was so full of breading I couldn't eat anymore. My side was jasmine rice which came out room temperature. My wife hates seafood and orders a Caesar Salad with grilled chicken. The chicken looked raw with a few scorch burns to give it some color. She also thought there was too much salt in the dressing but I had to disagree. She sent it back. The service was excellent, the famous rolls looked smaller but tasted the same and plenty of them. I'm old enough to remember when "General Mills" owned Red Lobster in its heyday. There were always lines out the door and great drink specials for everyone. The restaurant buzzed with excitement. Today's Red Lobster is simply "boring:" Turnover is rampant and the atmosphere is stale. Sorry RL, this old man is done with you!
