Well For starters we got sat down and had to ask after several minutes waiting where our waiter was actually at. Then when I received my mariners boil the potatoes were shriveled and black and when I called for the manager he then told me that my boil was the last one in the "bin" and should have been thrown away because they were aware of it but served it anyways. Will never go to the Champaign location again. Poor service and serves food they know should not be served. GROSS.

Here we go again
Here we go again. I didn't believe it would happen again but unbelievably it did. After complaining to red lobster twice before about my last two separate orders not being fulfilled I was sure corporation would implement a better strategy to their employees to do better at making sure a customers order was completely filled. Well today I learned that no such thing has been applied when I ordered and received my Door Dash order today.
Once again I DIDNOT HAVE the lemon wedges I requested for the 2 Lobster tails and steak I ordered. I can't tell you how disappointed I was when I searched throughly and found not even one lemon.
For years everyone knew that I considered Red Lobster as my favorite seafood restaurant but after today and having gone through the SAME EXPERIENCE with my LAST 3 ORDERS I'M DONE.
To add insult to injury the steak was overcooked and dry when I specifically asked for medium rare. All of it was delivered at room temperature but I didn't mind that.
Red Lobster has proven to me that my customer loyalty is not important enough for them to make the necessary changes to satisfy their customers request. I'm done.

Red lobster in West Dundee IL This is…
Red lobster in West Dundee IL This is one of my son’s favorite restaurants, and we have been coming here since he was little. That is why I am extremely disappointed with the way my son and I were treated by our waiter, Sack. We came to celebrate because my son made it into the state spelling bee. He loves seafood, and since the restaurant was offering an unlimited shrimp special, he ordered it. I do not really like seafood, so I simply ordered a beer to celebrate with my son. The waiter, Sack, brought my son his shrimp and a baked potato, along with my beer. When my son was ready to order more shrimp, Sack told us that he was going to charge us for a second order because he said he and his supervisor had seen me eating my son’s shrimp. I was very surprised because I had not eaten his shrimp. I explained this to the waiter, but he repeatedly insisted that he had seen me eating it. No matter how many times I explained that I had not eaten my son’s shrimp, he continued making the same accusation. What was supposed to be a special celebration for my son turned into an extremely uncomfortable and embarrassing experience. It was especially upsetting because we have been coming to this restaurant for years, and it has always been one of my son’s favorite places. If the restaurant has concerns about how an unlimited-food promotion is being used, there are respectful and professional ways to address those concerns. Repeatedly accusing a customer of doing something they did not do, especially in front of their child, is not acceptable customer service.
I am an educated healthcare professional and a nurse who dedicates my work to caring for my patients and treating people with respect, dignity, and professionalism. I expect that same basic level of respect when I am a customer.
I left very disappointed—not because of the food, but because of how we were treated. This was supposed to be a happy memory celebrating my son’s accomplishment, and unfortunately, the interaction with the waiter took that away from us.
Horrible customer service and very unprofessional treatment. After being a longtime customer, I expected much better from this restaurant. Unfortunately, this experience has changed the way I feel about coming back.

We went to the Red Lobster in Duluth…
We went to the Red Lobster in Duluth Mn. on 9/5/26.
Waited a long time to get served. Waiter said he wasn't told we were there. OK, we can excuse that. Me & husband ordered the same thing. Baked potato, twin lobster tails & lobster bisque soup. The Soup was great, no arguments. Both bakes potatos were cold, hard, & undecooked. Both lobsters were undercooked. Steak is one thing undercooked but seafood? We didn't eat the baked potato & took the lobster to go. I had to cook it the next day. Not too happy after spending $175 for a meal. This is the new Red Lobster??? Never again

A Very Disappointing Visit to Red…
A Very Disappointing Visit to Red Lobster Thornhill
My husband and I recently visited the Red Lobster in Thornhill, and unfortunately, we left feeling extremely disappointed. After this visit, we have decided that this will most likely be our last.
We originally chose Red Lobster because we were interested in the “All You Can Eat Shrimp” promotion. However, when we saw the price was $34.99 EACH, we very quickly decided that we were not willing to pay that much. Quite frankly, the price is ridiculous.
Instead, we ordered the Stuffed Mushrooms for $14.99. There were only six stuffed mushrooms on the plate, which works out to approximately $2.50 per mushroom. That's an incredible price for such a small appetizer. I can buy a small container of mushrooms for $1.99 when they're on sale, and there are certainly more than six mushrooms in the container.
My husband ordered the Fish & Chips, and once again, we were disappointed with the portion size. The serving of fries was very small, and the fish fillet was also quite small and consisted mostly of batter rather than fish.
I ordered the Create Your Own Shrimp, choosing three different shrimp selections. Unfortunately, the portions were extremely small as well. The plates themselves also appear to be much smaller than they used to be, which seems to result in smaller portions while customers are paying considerably more.
This is what we find most disappointing about our experience. The prices have gone up, the portions have gotten smaller, and the quality doesn't seem to justify what we're being charged.
We understand that prices increase and that restaurants have higher operating costs. However, customers still expect to receive reasonable portions and good value for their money. After this visit, we simply didn't feel that we did.
We remember Red Lobster being a restaurant where you could go, enjoy a good meal, receive a decent portion, and feel that you got your money's worth. Unfortunately, that is no longer our experience.
My husband and I have decided that we won't be returning unless things change — more reasonable prices, larger portions, and better quality, like it used to be.
Red Lobster, this is extremely disappointing. Customers notice when portions shrink and prices continue to increase. We sincerely hope you take this feedback seriously and consider what your customers are experiencing.
We may return someday if the prices become more reasonable and the portions and quality improve. Until then, we'll be spending our money elsewhere.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever…
This was the worst experience I’ve ever had in all the years that I’ve been going to this restaurant. The food was horrible and the host seated us by race into segregated areas. I’ll never go there again!
Location was Greenville, South Carolina

Yesterday I was very disappointed in…
Yesterday I was very disappointed in the service at Red Lobster, I feel like every time we go the meals are cutting back and service really sucks at the Stony Plain location in Alberta. We were four people and my husband ordered his usual steak meal and he like it medium rare the dam thing was burnt and very small. So disappointed. We won’t go back and waste our money.
