I love Red Lobster! From the time the hostess greets you at the door to the biscuits at the start of the meal to the coffee at the end, the Red Lobster at 1120 Columbia Center Blvd., Kennewick, WA is fantastic! Super friendly staff, great service, and a good value meal for the price! I usually order something with shrimp and am never disappointed. I am headed there tonight to have dinner with a friend!

Yesterday I went and had dinner at red lobster on Blanding Boulevard in Jacksonville, Florida. My server was Olivia and she was awesome. She was one of the sweetest and nicest server I have ever met. She was very knowledgeable in the menu and the food. She also made a couple of great suggestion. She is a true definition of service with a smile. I will definitely return after having such five stock service.

Mattie was our Wright waiter. She was phenomenal, very professional and enjoyed the atmosphere with her.

Well For starters we got sat down and had to ask after several minutes waiting where our waiter was actually at. Then when I received my mariners boil the potatoes were shriveled and black and when I called for the manager he then told me that my boil was the last one in the "bin" and should have been thrown away because they were aware of it but served it anyways. Will never go to the Champaign location again. Poor service and serves food they know should not be served. GROSS.

Here we go again. I didn't believe it would happen again but unbelievably it did. After complaining to red lobster twice before about my last two separate orders not being fulfilled I was sure corporation would implement a better strategy to their employees to do better at making sure a customers order was completely filled. Well today I learned that no such thing has been applied when I ordered and received my Door Dash order today. Once again I DIDNOT HAVE the lemon wedges I requested for the 2 Lobster tails and steak I ordered. I can't tell you how disappointed I was when I searched throughly and found not even one lemon. For years everyone knew that I considered Red Lobster as my favorite seafood restaurant but after today and having gone through the SAME EXPERIENCE with my LAST 3 ORDERS I'M DONE. To add insult to injury the steak was overcooked and dry when I specifically asked for medium rare. All of it was delivered at room temperature but I didn't mind that. Red Lobster has proven to me that my customer loyalty is not important enough for them to make the necessary changes to satisfy their customers request. I'm done.

Red lobster in West Dundee IL This is one of my son’s favorite restaurants, and we have been coming here since he was little. That is why I am extremely disappointed with the way my son and I were treated by our waiter, Sack. We came to celebrate because my son made it into the state spelling bee. He loves seafood, and since the restaurant was offering an unlimited shrimp special, he ordered it. I do not really like seafood, so I simply ordered a beer to celebrate with my son. The waiter, Sack, brought my son his shrimp and a baked potato, along with my beer. When my son was ready to order more shrimp, Sack told us that he was going to charge us for a second order because he said he and his supervisor had seen me eating my son’s shrimp. I was very surprised because I had not eaten his shrimp. I explained this to the waiter, but he repeatedly insisted that he had seen me eating it. No matter how many times I explained that I had not eaten my son’s shrimp, he continued making the same accusation. What was supposed to be a special celebration for my son turned into an extremely uncomfortable and embarrassing experience. It was especially upsetting because we have been coming to this restaurant for years, and it has always been one of my son’s favorite places. If the restaurant has concerns about how an unlimited-food promotion is being used, there are respectful and professional ways to address those concerns. Repeatedly accusing a customer of doing something they did not do, especially in front of their child, is not acceptable customer service. I am an educated healthcare professional and a nurse who dedicates my work to caring for my patients and treating people with respect, dignity, and professionalism. I expect that same basic level of respect when I am a customer. I left very disappointed—not because of the food, but because of how we were treated. This was supposed to be a happy memory celebrating my son’s accomplishment, and unfortunately, the interaction with the waiter took that away from us. Horrible customer service and very unprofessional treatment. After being a longtime customer, I expected much better from this restaurant. Unfortunately, this experience has changed the way I feel about coming back.

Went for the All You Can Eat Shrimp. My daughter and I go every year to celebrate our birthdays. First, they changed the recipe for their cheddar Bay Biscuits and they are absolutely terrible! The new Garlic Bread Crusted Shrimp are nothing to get excited about at all. Even the Shrimp Scampi wasn't as good. And our waitress tended to get lost and the restaurant was empty! Probably wont go back! Think we'll start going to Olive Garden!

The clam chowder, cole slaw, fish and chips, side salad and bisquits were good. The shrimp were tasteless. The hush puppies were not like any kind of hush puppies I have ever had, with what looked like bread dough inside, instead of corn meal. The fish (light portion) was only one piece of fish. The "side" of coleslaw was literally served in a condiment cup the same size as the ketchup came in, maybe two forkfuls. For 17.99 I would expect one more piece of fish and more coleslaw. (Maybe I am expecting too much?) Our waiter was excellent, no complaints there at all. They were on top of things and pleasant, even enthusiastic, despite the fact that they had a lot of people they were taking care of. I'm thinking we won't be back again. Mostly because the person in our party that decided we would go there chose Red Lobster for the shrimp.
