Easy to deal with prices good
Easy to deal with prices good, but the product prescripted doesn’t work as advertised. Other than side effects is in effective for me

Love red box rx!
So quick and easy!! Excellent service especially when my insurance doesn't cover much of anything. The prices are reasonable and it’s so easy. I’m very grateful they exist it’s saving me a lot of time and money.

I went on line to order and said I…
I went on line to order and said I thought 10mg wasn’t doing the job yet you are sending me 10mg now. Why wasn’t a doctor consulting me before you are sending me 10mg. If this is how you do things I’ll have to go elsewhere

Hello Lindsay. If you would like to give one of our patient care advocates a call at 844-733-2697, we would be happy to help go over your treatments. You would also be able to pause or stop any medications you are no longer taking by going to the treatments section of your account. However, in order to make any changes to your current medication, you would need to set up a new visit with the provider to discuss a dose increase.
