Hello Tuesdai. RedBox Rx is a little different than some other telehealth services. We do not charge a monthly membership fee. You only pay when you receive a product or service. That helps us to keep the fees for those services as low as possible for all patients. When you start a visit, there will be two charges. One for your physician consultation and a second charge for medication, if prescribed. Charges for any prescribed treatments are not included in the visit fee. When you select a preferred treatment, the cost of the medication will be shown on the visit checkout page but will not be charged to your payment method on file until it is prescribed at the completion of your visit. You will be asked to review and pay for your prescribed treatment, and you will receive an itemized receipt after every transaction to the email address associated with your RedBox Rx account. All of this information is clearly listed on our website redboxrx.com as well as our working hours and contact information (phone number 844-733-2697 and email [email protected]).

I paid an 69 dollars for a 2 minute “office visit” on camera only to have my perscription forgotten again and again and not sent to the pharmacy. Total waste of time and money and not to mention I could have gone somewhere else and actually had my prescription by now. I will never use them again.

It is convenient for getting meds but the doctors really aren't personally connected with you, you get a different one every time and they have just scanned your chart 2 minutes before the consultation. It is not great care for someone getting treatment for mental health concerns like adhd and depression. The separate charges for each medecine and separate consultations are also very frustrating and come of as money-grubbing.

Thank you for giving your honest feedback Andrew. Our service is a little different from other services that charge you a monthly subscription fee. We only charge you if you receive a service, so if you don't need to speak to a provider you are not charged anything. This gives more control to our patients and they don't have to worry about being charged a subscription fee even if they don't receive any services that month. You will only see a fee if you initiate a consultation with a provider or are shipped medication. There are no hidden fees through RedBox Rx. We do expect each and every provider to give the same level of service and professionalism. Both my initial appointment, and my follow up refill appointments, have been a breeze. I don't have insurance, but I needed serious help with sleep. I'd been getting an average of 4 hours a night, for the 4 years I had been tracking sleep with a smart watch. I was beyond exhausted. My first appointment was very in depth, with the NP making sure to cover any other possible issues that could impact sleep, before confirming plain old insomnia. I received my initial prescription quickly, and it has been working so well, that my average nightly sleep is now 6.8 hours! I'm a busy, busy person. Solo mom, running a third generation family business that employs 17 people. I'm swamped! RedBox reminded me that I was coming up on a refill, but I just couldn't carve out the time until I was down to just 3 nights' worth of meds. Whoops! Even though I put it off until the last minute, I was still able to get a same day virtual appointment, and get my prescription refilled! RedBox ships so quickly, that I probably won't miss a night of my medication, despite my own tardy actions. And overall, the cost is FAR lower than the premium and copay for my previous primary care doctor, who didn't think my 4 hour average was even a problem! 10/10

It was very fast and easy all I had to do was answer a few questions about my symptoms and it was also very affordable for my visit and my prescription I paid less than $70 I highly recommend
