RedBox Rx is definitely one of the best online healthcare places to use. I 100% recommend them. They are quick and thorough. Their shipping options are extremely convenient plus they are very affordable. I will definitely use them again!

My provider prescribed me a prescription that had side effects I said I did not want. When I reached out to the support team they said I had to pay $40 to get it fixed. Never got any prescriptions.

We’re sorry to hear that this experience did not meet your expectations. Our providers carefully evaluate each case to ensure safe and appropriate treatment, but we understand how frustrating it can be when the prescribed medication differs from what you were hoping. While previous treatment history can be helpful, each consultation is assessed individually based on current symptoms and medical guidelines. We regret any misunderstanding regarding your prescribed treatment and encourage you to reach out to our pharmacist at 844-733-2697 if you’d like to discuss your concerns about the medication further. You can also call our Patient Care Advocates at 844-733-2697 to assist you in starting a new visit where you can discuss your concerns with a provider. Your feedback is important to us, and we appreciate the opportunity to improve your experience.

Denied treatment due to age. Reviewed by an idiot NP, who obviously isn’t a doctor.

I've been using Redbox for my tretinoin prescriptions about a year now. The process has been efficient, quick and painless. I submit what I want, explain in writing why, take photo of my face, they prescribe and I pay for it. I don't need to speak to anyone nor go to a physical appointment. All of this could happen within 30 mins.

Easy to understand website. Pricing the best. Fast and efficient. I hope it stays this way. I will update if or when something changes. FYI stay away from Telyrx's bait and switch and higher pricing
