The experience was satisfactory because everything went very smoothly. I'm mostly referring to the technical part of the process. There were no glitches and I was kept well informed of the status of my appointment through email and text messages.

Was easy to get hooked up with a psychiatrist who was able to get my existing prescriptions prescribed so I could continue my taking my meds during a gap in health insurance. Was very reasonably priced. It's good to know if Im ever in that spot again I have Redbox RX in my corner😃

Everything seemed to go well but then an online scam began. I was incorrectly told I had no refills, I was tricked into purchasing more; then I waste more time fighting for a refund. Then the entire scam initiates again. I will likely end up contacting the state District Attorney's Office. Today again I was told I had no refills; so today will be noted as the latest scam - though this is a ongoing / reoccurring issue. May 17 update - I'd like to eliminate all stars. This is an auto-refill scam; which is illegal in Calif. I've previously complained twice, turned off auto-refill; I actually provided the correct interval but that is not honored, nor even considered. This in an intentional rip-off, and these 'human bots' have absolutely no power over the system. This is not for 'use as needed' rx. I already have unopened product. I DEMAND A REFUND!

Thank you for sharing your honest feedback Shelley. We offer many different treatment plans and many include automatic refills. In those cases, you would not need another evaluation unless you run out of refills or need to consult with your provider for another reason. Our service is a little different from other services that charge you a monthly subscription fee. We only charge you if you receive a service, so if you don't need to speak to a provider you are not charged anything. This gives more control to our patients, and they don't have to worry about being charged a subscription fee even if they don't receive any services that month. You will only see a fee if you initiate a consultation with a provider or are shipped medication. Experience was great. My dermatologist office had quit carrying Latisse and I was able to get a new prescription and RedBox filled it within minutes. Will keep my prescription with them!!
