I just tried to use their service and it was a total disaster. After paying for the consultation ($25), I was supposed to have a call with a medical provider. I waited for over a week, then reached out to them. They told me to send a text to schedule. One the scheduled date, the medical provider told me that they need to reschedule because they did not have a copy of my DL (provided 1 week before). Very disorganized and unprofessional at best. My advice: Look elsewhere.

If zero stars was a thing… if it sounds too good to be true it is. The strength is equivalent to a drug store strength and you can’t ask questions without paying. Extremely disappointing.

TERRIBLE!!!! They took forever to schedule me and appointment. I requested a refund they wouldn’t give me a direct answer. Customer service was HORRIBLE. THEY HAD NO IDEA how to handle the questions I had or a reason why it had been 48 hours and still no response of an appointment time. It’s been a week still no medication. They shipped it and it’s being returned to sender because somehow they have a digit wrong in the zip code. Before I even had my appointment I requested the address be corrected no one even verified my address before shipping. Now my shipments being returned and they can’t reship until they get it back and are going to attempt to send it to the wrong address instead of the one that is correct!

Scam, I filled everything out, for a common issue I have often, eczema, paid the $69 fee and they decided no, the ointment I need, and have been using every time I had a flare up, they don’t think it will work, ignoring the many times it has worked in the past, so they don’t think anything should be used, which if I don’t get this treatment, the sooner the better, the issue gets worse and worse and has gotten really bad before cuz I waited to get the ointment. So I paid $69 for a doctor ‘visit’ and saints for them to call me or something and nope, no call and no treatment but I am out $69, disgusting practice. Do not trust this site.

I don’t know what all these reviews are about this company being a scam. It was such an easy & painless process for me. I found RedBox Rx on google yesterday just looking for affordable access to mental health medication just having been dropped from Medicaid and not being able to afford health insurance and not having any existing prescription. I decided to take the leap and filled out an online questionnaire and requested my preferred medication (Prozac) and within less than 15 minutes I was connected with a medical provider who reached out and did a video call with me, even though it was 8 pm on a Friday night. He asked me about what I was going through, why I’m seeking help, answered all my questions, was very nice and in the end wrote me a prescription and gave me 3 months of refills, requesting that I check in with him and let him know how I’m adapting and doing with the medication. I opted for it to shipped directly to me rather than to my pharmacy (which I was able to save money by doing so and it’s more convenient, so win/win). Less than 24 hours my prescription has been shipped to me (or at least a label has been created) and Im expecting to get it next week. It was super affordable, it only cost me $25 for the one month script and $25 for the video consultation. I was skeptical from the reviews I had read but I honestly had an incredibly pleasant experience and I’m so glad I took a chance. It really took away all of the stress and anxiety that often comes with seeking help for mental health issues. Thank you RedBox Rx!!

This company is a scam. I ordered meds and never received them. After numerous phone calls, they told me to call the post office as the order was shipped out. Then they repeatedly asked for my credit card number to "help process" the order they claimed to have already shipped out to me!! Big rip off

They state your submission will be evaluated by a provider within 24 hours. While I don't mind waiting a few extra days, no response at all after 3 weeks is unacceptable. They accepted my money and didnt provide any service at all.

Charged me without submitting a prescription, when I complained they issued the wrong script the next day. You do not get to communicate with a physician. Scam
