I will update this review hopefully for a much better score once I hear back from this company. I saw a Facebook ad saying that the product was just $20 for a 30 day supply. I was charged $10 for a consultation and another $30 for a 30 day supply. When I was completing checkout, I verified my order was going to be $20 per month so at the moment, I am feeling scammed.

Excellent service by doctors, customer service, online! Received medicine as prescribed and timely. Requested dose change and granted with no problems. Much easier & simpler than Dr visit. I have insurance but I'd rather pay the small cost for this type servicethan hassle with going to Dr.

I decided to hop on here and leave my honest positive review of RedBoxRx because before I tried them I read mostly negative reviews here. I was super skeptical because of the reviews I read here. However, my experience was exceptional. I had a virtual consult with my provider the day after I signed up ($25). We discussed my needs in detail for about 30 minutes. After our consult, the provider prescribed the right medication for me ($25). This was Thursday 11/9 and my medicine arrived today 11/10 about an hour ago. Completely hassle free. I definitely recommend this company.

They make it very difficult to cancel. I can’t seem to find a way to cancel the subscription service on their website. It’s hidden or nonexistent. Phone calls to them go to answering machines. I just want to get out of this mess.

It’s a waste of time and money. I never received my eczema cream. It says delivered and they tell me to reach out to usps but I was at home when they claimed it was delivered lol. Please don’t waste your money people . Please.

We ship your treatments to the shipping address on your account. A link to track your order will be emailed to you within 48 hours so you know when to expect your order. If your tracking shows your order was delivered but you didn't receive it, the best option is to reach out to the carrier for details about the delivery. If they can't help, please reach out to our patient care team and we will do everything we can to help.

Unlike these other reviews I had a great experience. It was quick and easy. I must say I was very skeptical at first but I took a chance and had a great experience. The medication arrived in a timely manner and so far I’m very satisfied with my experience.

Was looking around for a site that would prescribe Tretinoin so I wouldn't have to wait 6 months or more to schedule an actual in office visit with a doctor and possibly not even get what I went in for in the first place. Came across RedBoxRX and was a bit skeptical at first but I couldn't have asked for a better place to get my Tretinoin prescribed to me. The payment for the visit and medication is very reasonably priced and I received my prescription in the mail very quickly. I would highly recommend RedBoxRX to anyone looking into prescription strength anti-aging products.
