The call center for the redboxrx sucks
The call center for the redboxrx sucks! But the providers are extremely helpful!!! I had to health problem that they proper help assistant and my skin has cleared!!!

Great and speedy service with no…
Great and speedy service with no fuss!!! So much better than the other online pharmacies I tried. The process with RedBox was seamless and fluid.

Quick and easy
I’m waiting to receive the medication before I go all in but I will state the process was extremely quick and easy. I requested the same medication/strength I had used, up until my dermatologist retired, explained my request, submitted 2 pics and a few hours later everything was approved.

Better than I expected …
I can’t believe how easy this process was! They are going to be my go to for my skin treatment. I’m glad I found RedBoxRX…and I’m going to tell everyone about it. I saved time and money. Super happy.

Lots of information on the website
Lots of information on the website. I felt very comfortable and confident using Redbox. The shipping was quick. The communications were clear. I did not like the checkout process. I had problems with the website and paying. I am not new to online paying so it makes me even more irritated that I had such a process. They can't change the website. I suggest they add PayPal which would make it so much easier for me. I will use them again

Thank you for the quick response when I had no access to a doctor and needed a prescription cream. I didn’t have to wait long already being shipped after a hour of contacting the doctor
