Easy Peasy
I've been using this service for non-narcotic sleep medication since my insurance will not pay for it. It's really easy, and the Nurses you video conference with are extremely friendly. I recommend this service without hesitation.

I had to fight really hard with "Mary"…
I had to fight really hard with "Mary" at Redbox to get my money back on Bimataprost with TERRIBLE application. She told me there was no "satisfaction guarantee" on site. I showed her there was and still had to push for another 15 minutes to get refund. She said she would have that part of quote taken off site.....she acted very surprised it was there.

The money back guarantee you saw on our website refers to our policy that we will refund the cost of your visit if our providers are not able to give a prescription for treatment. Our treatments are prescription medications so we are not able to accept returns and do not offer refunds. Mary understood how the wording on our website may have been unclear, which is why after reviewing the website with you, she did refund you. We appreciate you taking the time to point this out and our team is currently evaluating how this guarantee can be more accurately stated on our website.

Heads up
Heads up, they charge you ahead of time for video appointments, even if the provider doesnt show up. I was in the waiting room before my appointment and waited 15 minutes for a provider but no one ever joined the call. I called the number they tell you to call when it's 5 minutes past the appointment with no provider and it went right to voicemail, I left a voicemail but no one called me back until the next day. I left the waiting room because I couldn't wait any longer. Redbox then told me I had a "missed appointment" and I needed to reschedule, I did but they charged me again. I emailed asking them about the charge but no one has answered me yet. Not happy. Update: after posting this review, redboxrx refunded the charge for the appointment missed by the provider, much appreciated!

I'm sorry to learn that we were not able to connect you with your provider at the originally scheduled time but happy you were able to reschedule that appointment. Our policy is if your visit does not result in treatment being prescribed, we will refund your visit fee. Fast and easy
Fast and easy, I saw the medication I needed, answered the questions and my prescription is on it way. No driving to the doctors office and waiting for hours to be seen, no driving to the pharmacy and waiting some more

Quick, Easy, & Great Prices♡
Quick and easy! The prices are amazing! My medicine was not covered by insurance and would’ve been $120. With RedBox I got it for $35
