I recently moved to a new state and had difficulty finding a new pcp immediately. I found this service and asked to have 3 of my prescriptions filled. In no less than 20 minutes, they had sent them to a pharmacy of my choosing. Love this service!

We created our short term refill program for situations just like yours Shane. You can get a prescription for up to a 90 day supply of most non controlled prescriptions sent right to the local pharmacy. It's quick, easy, and convenient!

Redbox Rx feels like a scam
Had a teleconsult scheduled for Friday May 24th. Provider hopped into video call nearly 30 minutes after my scheduled time. The provider then never updated my visit in the system. It has been 4 days now and my visit is still 'under review.' Customer service number is a joke and has yet to actually help. I can't recommend this service for acne just see a real derm

We received an update yesterday that the visit has been updated and we see that the pharmacy is currently processing your prescription. We thank you for bringing this to our attention so we can identify challenges and work to improve them.

I ordered on May 20th and I still…
I ordered on May 20th and I still haven't received anything and when I call they tell me the website says they tried to deliver it but it was an animal interference! Whatever that means ! I want what I paid for and I will not be ordering from these crooks again!Adding to my comment ! I never received my order and I was told by Susan she would be glad to give me my money back and I still haven't received it! These people are crooks and I want my money back!

We are so sorry that USPS was not able to deliver your package as you expected. When our carrier is unable to delivery a package and it is delivered back to our pharmacy, our policy is to verify your address and reship it to you. I can see that your package was returned and the pharmacy is reshipping it. You should be receiving your order in the next couple of days. Let us know if there is anything else we can do Travon!

Amazing quick efficient experience
Amazing quick efficient experience! I got my medicine for my acne wrinkles and hyperpigmentation ! The process is amazing here!!

So much easier than an office visit
Super easy, convenient, and fast. A doctors visit is expensive, involves long waits and sitting in a waiting room with sick people. RedBox Rx requires less than five minutes. Grateful and appreciative for this service.

Easy !
Super easy to get what I needed but the only small issue is that it still hasn't arrived and I really thought it would come a little sooner than a week from when I ordered it. Still haven't gotten it yet so hoping it is soon since I have been out for a while and don't want to lapse!
