Love that you can access a prescription fairly easily. Wish there was an option for faster shipping, even if you had to pay more. More often than not I would imaging people going online for a prescription want/need it quick and this took almost a week to get via snail mail.

When paying for your treatment, you have the option to select a couple different options for expedited shipping. Our default shipping is USPS First Class. Ordered my prescription. Approved the next day which was May 28. Have NOT received it yet and it is June12!! It’s only coming from Iowa as and I am in New York. Texted them few days ago. Still no response and my tracking has not updated. Getting ready to cancel my prescription. UPDATE. They helped me greatly. Very professional and after I complained I got a new one at no charge within a week.
