I placed an order on 12/14/25 and am just finding out today (12/22/25)that the item is not in stock and therefore will not arrive before Christmas. It is so disappointing to not have been given the information earlier. No one responded to my emails and I finally reached customer service to learn of this. Bad communication. Disappointing experience.

I can understand why some people are frustrated and think it might be a scam site. The item I ordered didn't ship on time and it was a little annoying to have to wait, but the customer service guy Raj did a great job of making sure everything was eventually shipped and I received the pool cue my girlfriend ordered one week after we thought it was coming. So all in all a minor inconvenience in the big picture for the great deal that we got on it! Thanks for all the support on this!
