I have been waiting over 3 months for a resolution to a faulty ice bath chiller, ($830). The chiller was showing incorrect temperatures and shutting down. After multiple emails, still no end in site. I’m not a review person, but I wish I had of researched a little more before purchasing. I’m now about to lodge a complaint with Fair Trading. Stay away. Julianne Wylie.

It’s just junk, the steamer does not work after very little use, don’t waste your money

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Purchased an Ice Bath which after a couple of uses began collapsing. Received terrible customer service from the onset. Asked me to take a million photos to prove the fault. Once I clearly showed the bath collapsed whenever it was filled, they asked I send the faulty bath back at my own cost and they would replace it with an upgraded bath for an additional $99 as seen in the attached email. I agreed and paid for the bath to be shipped. Once they had received it they reneged on the upgrade saying I would need to pay $300 more. When I refused as I was initially promised it for $99 they said they would escalate it to a manager. This took a fortnight and I received another email restating what the previous one had said. When I requested a call or someone I could speak to they stated and I quote " Unfortunately, we do not operate a phone support service, so we’re unable to arrange a call" After two months of back and forth I have requested a full refund including shipping. Hopefully they can manage that but I'm not holding my breath at this stage. UPDATE: They refused to refund the courier cost of sending their faulty ice bath back. They also only refunded me $36 when they sell their ice bath for $119. I strongly advise you find an alternative supplier for recovery equipment cause this company is a giant scam.

Poor quality products that have major failure. Customer service is a joke and tech support non existent. It's a double whammy because access to recovery products at home is ideal, but turns out they caused me so much stress and I don't have either a working smart chiller and icebath pro or my money back. What I do have is a leaking ice bath and a malfunctioning chiller creating an absolute mess on my deck. Worst thing is to run a test the bath must be full but I can't leave the deck wet under the icebath for more than a few days. Then I have to drain the bath, dry the timber and refil it again only to find there are still leaks and more requests for videos. Recovry Zone operate out of a false address at 100 George st, Parramatta. I know because I rang the building manager. No Recovry Zone at that location. This breaks several Australian laws including ASIC. I will be submitting a complaint to NSW Fair Trading. Very disappointing outcome. The recovery protocol caused more stress. If I could give them ZERO stars or negative stars I would. 4 weeks = ZERO resolve+ a lot of effort on my part. Rudimentary support when they finally respond.

Ice bath and chiller are very poor quality and "100-day return policy" is flawed. DO NOT BUY FROM RECOVRY ZONE! Ice bath doesn't hold its temperature as it's basically a plastic/rubber bin. Condensation forms on the outside. Chiller is noisy and prone to leaking. Returns require you to pay for courier and if not in original packaging, you'll have $100+ taken off your refund. There is a reason they don't have a Google review page!

They charge an arm and leg to return the product, even if it’s unopened and the courier is not accepted on arrival. >$100 It’s essentially a box to inhale cancer (VOC) - buy at your own risk. Here’s their statement: “In terms of emissions testing…we do not currently hold specific independent VOC or off-gassing certifications”
