great little sauna - works like a charm and relateively easy set up - I am very happy.

The efficiency of the staff in response to my issue and completing the replacement in such a timely, easy manner was amazing.

I ordered a steam sauna elite in July 2025 and initially had no issues worked well. I followed the instructions that STATE tap water OR distilled so i did a bit of both depending if i had distilled on hand or not. was using maybe once a week up until say may when it got cooler and i emptied the tank after cleaning it to not use it for the winter. went to use it again in September 2026 and the curved metal tank had split and had a crack/break. i attempted to use it but water leaked out. I contacted them as clearly it was faulty - they said it was outside of warranty and ive had to pay the discounted rate of $50 to get a new unit. what a joke my kmart toaster has a better warranty and there is nothing i culd have done to cause the damage. customer service was ok but the fact i had to pay for a new unit and shipping for a faulty unit terrible. i would have been lucky to used it 45 times before it broke! terrible waste of $350 for 45 uses. would not purchase from them - the short warranty shows the product is crap and is not intended for long use. get one from somewhere with a better warranty and quality of product.

Easy to assemble works great!!

It's the worst retail experience I've ever had. This is the first response from the technical support escalation. "Hold the hose up!". Your joking right? Unfortunately not. The icebath chiller connections have ALWAYS leaked. I have run every test and sent every video they have requested and they have not given a single solution. They said they would send new hoses. They didn't. They escalate but don't give results of escalations. I asked for them risk free 100 day satisfaction guarantee and the costs to me were almost $250! That's a risk. So much wrong with this company. Their are so many broken consumer laws by this company that I'm literally stunned. Afterpay wouldn't do a charge back. Wish I'd purchased through my bank. I wouldn't be still suffering. So much for the dopamine increase. I get better service from TEMU. Anyone with issues with this company and faulty products please contact me O4I4528462

My purchase was never delivered to me. Despite the courier’s ’proof of delivery’ photo definitively proving it was dropped to a different address, 35 days later and still no refund to my account from the retailer. They use CouriersPlease as their delivery partner, that company has an even lower review score than they do! So, two companies with poor customer service track records working together, not a winning combination. Even though this was an impulse purchase I really wish I had looked closer at actual consumer reviews, not just the glowing ‘customer’ reviews they give themselves on their website.
