I placed an order with engraving and after having a conversation about what They can or they can do. I never got the order we agreed. The medallion was not what I want to gift.

I'm sorry only a date or number is able to be engraved. You selected XXII so that is what we engraved.

I'm not used to multiple packages of 2-3 coins at a time... usually I get 1 package with all of them in it at one time.

I'm sorry our inventory is stored in warehouses all over the USA so sometimes we have to send multiple parcels to fill your order in the quickest method.

I found a fantastic selection of recovery chips online. It was a simple process to choose the chips I wanted and checkout. The chips arrived within a couple of days, and they were beautiful. I will continue to use this site as a resource throughout my recovery process.
