Update..... I won my credit card charge back too. So, now, John is out merchandise (because he refused to change an address), shipping costs, and reputation because his ego needed him to be "right". Great job John! If you continue to let your ego run your business, I doubt you'll be in business long! Do NOT order from this man!!! I placed an order at 7:15am est. on Feb 7th 2023 at 8:02am est. I emailed John Gall to let him know my shipping address was wrong and I needed it to be shipped to my billing address. FORTY SEVEN MINUTES later and BEFORE 9:00am est or even 8am est. Considering this business runs out of the Central Time Zone, it should have been PLENTY of time. I immediately got an auto response from John about partial shipments (should have been a clue about a shady business right there). John did not bother to respond to me until February 8th at 8:46am est. claiming he would "try" to change the address but that he uses a third party shipper and was not sure he could. Hey John, maybe check your email a little more often! Any reputable business would have been able to change the address. Instead, John is now accusing me of wanting "free merchandise", no John, I don't want "free merchandise", I just want the merchandise I ORDERED. Now I have to dispute the charges with my bank and order another token from a decent company. I will NEVER deal with John Gall again. He is way to concerned with being "right" rather than taking care of the customer. This has been a HORRIBLE experience and I will make sure and let everyone I come in contact with know that John Gall is garbage to deal with.
