The site cannot differentiate a clear receipt from fuzzy. Also took a ridiculous amount of time to achieve 6500 pts Translates to $40. 10 months!! If you feel your time is worth that, go for it. Otherwise save yor battery on your phone and dont take pictures and submit.

I have had this app for years without more than an occasional glitch, and have been satisfied. HOWEVER, i have had a major issue since june/july 2022. I requested a change to the email associated with my account. I have received NO resolution. Most recently, there is a problem with ereceipts and connectivity to my stores. I have followed instructions regarding submission for credit, however, to date there are many uncredited receipts sitting in my list on the app, where they have been for nearly a month. I have had NO help, just apologies in response to my request tickets. I am VERY unhappy. I am hoping that airing a public review may generate a more positive outcome
