I’ve had receipt hog for ages, I was almost at a reward, went to sign in & couldn’t reset password so I emailed, explained I’d been doing this for a long time & was told ‘Receipt Hog has made a business decision to cease operations within the UK in 2020 and focus instead on our US and Canadian operations. However, we truly appreciate your support all throughout the years that Receipt Hog has operated in the UK. I received no email telling me this doesn’t work for uk residents now, if the support was appreciated an email & the chance to gain the reward before cutting uk residents off would have been the right thing to do, this reply would have seemed more genuine. Disappointed in the attitude from receipt hog but not surprised.

I was only a few rewards away from getting a gift card and in the past week, the app keeps crashing. Can't even log in anymore

A super easy way to make some extra money through gift cards. The app is great in the process is super easy. Great support staff as well.

Cashed out rewards for Amazon, was super easy and WORKED! I needed help updating my verification phone number and the service specialists were quick to respond and helped me out immediately!

Honestly this is the WORSE app Ive ever come across..U snap receipts over n over 4what NOTHING..U earn spins n after a week if u dnt have what u got ges that means u dnt get anything I'll stick wit Fetch at least I've got enough points 2get gift cards or whatever wit y'all it wld take me months NO THANKS

Customer support is very helpful and prompt. The rewards are pretty good and if you used the app consistently and connect accounts, not that hard to get. Be patient with it and it will pay off!
