I'm disappointed Hog the last bills I have from gas stations for the same amount are considered duplicates every time. Date payments are not checked at all as soon as they see the payment of $50 I get a duplicate message I am disappointed I rate this company very badly

I lost 60,000 points overnite a month ago. I have contacted this company numerous times email. Get a Pat response so y still have issue nothings done to fix it nor even hardly acknowledge it 10 msgs and a month later. I have received 3 payouts over the time I’ve been with this app. Now I’m being ripped off!

I really like receipt hog but like to take surveys and I keep uploading all my receipts but it still says to upload more for surveys. How many do I have to upload. I would give 5 stars if I could access the surveys.

I asked for help changing from my old cell phone to my new one, and within the half hour an email reply arrived from a rep and my number was changed, no issues. Very polite and efficient

Customer service is outstanding!! I needed to update my phone number and the customer service rep replied immediately. The problem was resolved in a very timely manner.

Does not accept resturant receipts bonus rarely is a winner, when it does its for 5 coins. They have a long way to go to compete with like companies like Fetch and Receipt Jar. I am cashing out now that I finally hit the $5 cash out and won't be back.

Well l first want to thank my CSA she was excellent. I've been trying to change my Email for months. I ended up Uninstalling the app cause of it and starting over from scratch. Losing my points and signing in with a new email. She helped me out tremendously. I was over joyed. She was nice and helpful. I'm glad she fixed everything. Thank you again.
