This is a bait and switch scam I ordered a doll which was advertised and ended with a cheap plastic doll . When I wanted to return the company then barter with you . I’ll give you 10% off to keep the doll . Then 25% then 35%to keep the doll then they explain how expensive it is to Send back . It’s cost £35 to send back but trying to get the address out of them after all the backwards and forwards with emails I have sent back but still not received my refund . Do not buy off this company

If there was a 0 option I would click that - the dolls look NOTHING like the cute photos on their website - you get in touch and they say the photographer may photoshop them slightly !! False advertising !!!!

After ordering a full silicone flexible doll and reading all the 1.3 star reviews i was worried about spending $160 dollars £120 in our uk currency exchange, the doll is exactly as described and i want people to know its a real reborn full flexible no joints doll !! I have a photo and video of it being unboxed too..

The return process turned into a nightmare. I was informed that I needed to send the doll back overseas, which incurred additional delivery costs that I had not anticipated. It is really a zero but that was not an option. My granddaughter picked out a doll to order and what we received looked absolutely nothing like the doll she chose. I reached out to customer service and although they responded quickly they offer no help but a 10% refund as a courtesy….. The doll was over 200 dollars and looks nothing like we ordered. DO NOT USE THIS SITE!!

The doll I ordered looked nothing like the one I got. They wanted to give me a 10% refund. $155. Doll looks like a $15.00 doll. The first doll I got there was similar to what I wanted, but this time nothing. They won’t give a refund.

Bait and Switch scam company! Why does our country allow this garbage?! The sad part is that I fell for it then my husband did. I wish I could show the monstrosity that arrived. My granddaughter will not know what it's like to ever get a realistic baby unless she has $4,000. An authentic "Reborn" is around $600-1500 used.
