This website feels highly misleading. It draws you in with an emotional backstory about craftsmanship and the care that supposedly goes into making the dolls, but what I received was completely different from what was advertised. (also it all comes from China) ALL dolls have 5 stars review, which already should have been a red flag that I missed unfortunately. My daughter chose a boy doll that look beautiful and the doll I received looks nothing like it. Extremely poor quality and also very strong chemical smell. I feel stupid for having bought into their marketing scam. I’m now hoping I’ll be able to return it and get a full refund, although after reading other customers’ comments, I’m concerned that this may not be straightforward. On another note, Babeside appears to be extremely similar. The website design, products and overall presentation look almost identical, so I would strongly recommend doing your own research before purchasing from either site.

I am SO disappointed with this purchase. I ordered this doll as a birthday gift for my daughter because she really wanted a realistic reborn baby with hair. What arrived looks NOTHING like the doll pictured on the website. The hair is honestly one of the worst parts. It looks like an older child’s hair was put on a tiny baby. It does not match the baby’s face or size at all and looks completely disproportionate. The entire doll looks so strange and unnatural honestly, almost alien-like. I was shocked when I opened the package. I understand that there can be slight differences between handmade dolls, but this is not a slight difference. The doll I received does not look like the doll I believed I was purchasing based on the photos. This was supposed to be such a special birthday surprise for my daughter, and instead I’m now scrambling to figure out what to do because I genuinely don’t think she will like it. I spent a lot of money on this expecting to receive something that at least resembled what was advertised. I have contacted the company requesting a FULL refund and have told them I am completely willing to return the doll. I will update this review depending on how they handle the situation. For now, I am extremely disappointed and wish I had read more independent reviews before ordering.

Unfortunately I too recently purchased a reborn doll from this company as a Christmas gift for my granddaughter. I was completely horrified on what I received, as it was nothing like what I ordered, I thought I ordered a soft baby doll with baby hair and what I received was a doll with a thick ton of hair..not a baby that even resembled the online photo advertised! I have tried several times to return this doll back to the company and receive a full refund. They responded today offering me 10% partial refund and I can either keep the doll or return it! Can you really believe that? So I have taken my case to PayPal to ask them to help me with my claim, wish me luck! I agree with everyone who has commented with similar experiences, and hope this comment supports other potential buyer to stay away as this company is a total scam!

Terrible Customer Service. Was sent a doll that looked nothing like the doll that we ordered. I ordered this for my oldest daughter after losing our second daughter due to a stillbirth. They won't refund the order. They have made it impossible to return.

Total sham the doll looked nothing like i purchased.they got the add on clothes all wrong and my god the hair wow it was really just rubbish.paid like 600 dollars for absolute garbage.do not order from them they ship from china

La muñeca que recibí efectivamente era de silicona líquida como se indicaba al comprarla y de buena calidad con muchos detalles como por ejemplo arrugas, rojeces, uñas de los dedos de las manos y de los pies, etc. El único fallo es que la foto q pone en la página no es la misma muñeca que te llega exactamente, por lo demás, muy contenta con la compra. La textura y el peso son muy realistas, además la bebé es muy bonita.

This is a fraudulent website. The doll I purchased arrived looking nothing like the quality of the photo. They are using AI generated images. I paid extra for the silicone doll and received a plastic doll you would buy in a thrift store for €5. This company is a complete scam ⚠️

Why did i not come to trustpilot first? Paid over £100 for a “real life silicon” doll for my daughter and what arrived was NOTHING LIKE what i ordered. It was categorically, literally, a different doll of much inferior quality. What arrived was akin to a £10 to £20 plastic doll you’d get in asda. Please please please do not spend money with the charlatans.
