After ordering a full silicone flexible doll and reading all the 1.3 star reviews i was worried about spending $160 dollars £120 in our uk currency exchange, the doll is exactly as described and i want people to know its a real reborn full flexible no joints doll !! I have a photo and video of it being unboxed too..

This review is about the customer service. They were very quick to respond and understanding. I ordered but asked for a refund after seeing the negative reviews on here. I didn't think I'd see my money again but they gave me a full refund and with options of a discount if I wanted.

I don’t understand all the bad reviews on this website? I received my order a few days ago for my daughters birthday, and I won’t lie I was hesitant due to reading these reviews.. but after emailing the company I was reassured that the doll would be a replica of what is pictured, and that their features will be very charming and realistic. The doll is beautiful! You need to remember as well, you get what you pay for. I paid $80 which is equivalent to £65, and for what I paid for I am extremely happy! If you want actual silicone dolls, they would cost a hell of a lot more! Between £200-£500 for a legit soft bodied one. The one I have is vinyl silicone, so I would say it feels like very soft plastic. But the details are so realistic, and you could actually pass off as a newborn baby. I wasn’t keen on the outfit it came in, but luckily I already bought newborn outfits which looks super cute on! The baby even has a soft spot, which I thought was authentic! The dolls also come with a birth certificate, dummy, bottle, little rattle/toy and is boxed lovely. And I’m sure my daughter will be besotted with her new baby! It did have a chemically smell to it, but I checked online and apparently it’s just to do with the paints used but the smell will fade! Over all I am very happy with my purchase and will definitely purchase again in the future.

People are just saying that rebornartdoll.com is a scam but they just don't want you to buy actual rebrons from that app.

I honestly thought I had made a terrible mistake ordering a babydoll, after reading the awful Rebornart reviews. I sent numerous emails asking order to be cancelled and they were all answered by Jason and team. The order arrived to Ireland from China in 10 days. The doll is beautiful, so realistic, it has eyelashes, it's flesh coloured with pink lips and nose and cheeks, even the inside of her mouth looks real, truly amazing. It was boxed with rattle, bottle, dummy and clothes. Plus birth cert etc. I am delighted with her. And I know my Granddaughter will be also. Thank you Rebornart for delivering what you promised and for your constant updates on the delivery status.

I rather spontaneously ordered a 16 inch full bodied silicone reborn from this site, I dreaded the thought of what I may of recieved, however throughout the process I was kept informed I could track my order every step of the way and when 2 weeks later she turned up I was very surprised as she is absolutely perfect she feels like a real newborn. I fell in love instantly x she came with a birth certificate, a bottle a toy and a outfit and a wrap. She was well packed and protected thank you rebornart I will be ordering again. Anyone who has doubts don't I spent 200 pound and she's worth more..

I see bad reviews I wonder why so I bought one it makes noise and breathe . I think it is adorable was not very expensive. The shipping take about 7 business days . Well worth the money
