So the doll I ordered looked NOTHING like what I received. I was offered a 10% refund almost ONE month ago and I’ve yet to receive a dime of my money back. I will never order from them again. My doll was too expensive for the lack of follow through

I was scammed. I purchased one for my granddaughter then before it arrived I purchased another for my granddaughters friend who plays with her. For the 2nd doll, I did purchase the Seel insurance so when the dolls arrived, I was able to get my money back on the 2nd doll which was cheaper than the first. Realartdolls, offered me 10% back on the first doll. I'm still working on a full refund. Do Not Purchase from RealArtDolls. The pictures lie!! These are hard dolls and they are not posable.

Ordered twins but only received one. Customer service advised me to buy another if I wanted twins although the description clearly stated “twin.” The quality of the doll is ok. Heavy like a newborn and vinyl, but hair is different. Whatever. No doll (or twins even) is worth $400. Customer service stopped replying.

Dolls do not come as ordered. Hair is barely visable, and clothes were not even close to what is shown. The doll is ok, but not worth the price. All accessories are incredibly cheap quality. No customer service what so ever. Do not order from this website. It is a scam. Even the reviews on their website seem to be false. I've attempted emailing them multiple times with no response. No other way to contact seller. Also no way to add a review on their website.
