RebornartdollReviews of rebornartdoll.com

Absolute rubbish. I am now left with an expensive average looking doll that was advertised as a Reborn Doll. I am glad I received it in time to get another gift for my granddaughter for Christmas because there is no way I would wrap this and expect a happy smile on Christmas Day. I have emailed a complained and heard nothing. I have submitted a negative review and no real shock, but it is not on there for all to see. Keep away from this company. Chinese rubbish masquerading as American quality. Can this site not be taken down so others don't fall for this scam ???

The wait for order is unbelievable, after purchase doll looks nothing like advertising shown. Upon request to return or resolve issue they stopped emailing. Very unhappy with service

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY OR RSGDOLLS OR REBORNARTDOLLS THEY ARE THE SAME SCAMMERS FAKE UNFINISHED DOLL COMPANY.THEY ARE FROM CHINA NOT USA THEY ARE FAKE FAKE FAKE, THEY SCAM YOU, IT COSTS AS MUCH TO RETURN THE DOLL AS IT DOES TO PURCHASE. I HAD TO GO THROUGH PAYPAL TO GET MY MONEY BACK. THEY WERE DISGUSTED WITH THE WAY THEY OPERATE GOOGLE THEM (I MADE THE MISTAKE OF NOT DOING THAT) USE BEARYYA THEY ARE A VERY LEGITIMATE COMPANY FROM USA & AT VERY REASONABLE PRICES!!! DON'T BUY FROM REBORNARTDOLLS OR DOLLREBORNS EITHER THEY ARE THE SAME COMPANY & THEY ARE ALL ON THE LIST OF COMPANIES NOT TO ORDER FROM!!

Absolutely terrible. Doll looks nothing like advertised. Hard and plastic looking with an awful wig!! Totally disappointed. So pleased I ordered early as there is no way I could give this to my child for Christmas. At least I’ve still got time to get a replacement before Christmas I’ve messaged three times for a refund but no reply.

False advertising. Doll you receive is NOTHING like the images. I wish I’d read these reviews before purchasing. Avoid at all costs. I’ve emailed about how terrible they are but won’t hold my breath for a reply. Went with the reviews on the site which were good but they are obviously fake too. Gutted 😞

Been waiting for over a month and the live chat option doesn't work. Horrible website. Do not order from them

This doll is NOT as advertised.. the pics must use a filter to make the dolls look real.. absolute rubbish.. totally disappointed... DO NOT BUY THESE DOLLS THEY WILL NOT HONOUR A REFUND... review's must be fake which is illegal

Absolutely disgusting doll not worth £10 and certainly not what was advertised awaiting refund!?!?!? They said in last email please be patient we will pass on the management. After reading this I doubt I will hear back from them
