Dolls do not come as ordered. Hair is barely visable, and clothes were not even close to what is shown. The doll is ok, but not worth the price. All accessories are incredibly cheap quality. No customer service what so ever. Do not order from this website. It is a scam. Even the reviews on their website seem to be false. I've attempted emailing them multiple times with no response. No other way to contact seller. Also no way to add a review on their website.

The site is a joke. They don’t take returns after they only show you pictures of the artist’s rendition. Instead, you get a horrifying Chuckie and their “solution” is to offer you 10% of what you paid. They won’t even take the freak show back because they know it’s trash. Save your money for a nicer model- it makes all the difference.

Totally not the doll that I ordered, very cheap looking, poor imitation of a reborn. Nothing at all like the pictures on the website. More like a dollar shop doll. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE. Would give a zero if I could. Very disappointing.

A boneca foi "entregue" no endereço errado e não querem devolver o dinheiro. O USPS já informou isso e mesmo após o envio para eles informam que as políticas deles não são atendidas para reembolso, mesmo com a informação do USPS. NÃO COMPREM. DO NOT BUY. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

Dishonesty, they claimed free shipping and then they changed me shipping. The quality of the product is cheap, not made from high quality products as advertised. Poor customer service and they don't stand behind their product. Was unable to return the item

The baby doll that I got look nothing like the picture. The picture in the ad looked a lot more real and was light skin Blue eyes. The baby I received is dark skin and has curly hair hair and brown eyes. It looks like a typical baby doll.

ABSOLUTELY A SCAM. THEY DELIBERATELY SEND YOU A CHEAP CRAP DOLL. THEY THEN OFFER 10% 20% & 30% DISCOUNT WHICH MEANS THEY MAKE A PROFIT. PLEASE DO NOT ACCEPT IT. GET YOUR BANK TO DO S CHARGE BACK. I AM BEGGING YOU NOT TO BUY FROM THIS SCAMMING FRAUDSTERS.
