My husband and I were traveling out of the country and needed a specific CoVid test completed within 3 days of travel to enter the country. RealTime offered an approved test, so we drove down on a Saturday morning. We arrived a little early and were both tested before our initial, individual appointment times which was awesome. We received our test results via email long before the 48 hour promised window which was awesome as well!! The test was not too painful and the administrator was sweet and attentive to our questions. My only complaint is that communications via phone and email are poor...but we got what we needed and had no trouble entering the country with the document that was emailed. Would definitely recommend this company...just don't expect answered calls or emails. ;)

All in all it was a good experience until I was sent two test kits & I had to call to see what I should do I was afraid I'd get charged for both. The representative said to throw one away & assured me I wouldn't be charged twice.

Very costly, but good to know that I still harbor mold, son is ok and now testing daughter. I really should have had the test years sooner.

The price for Canadians costumers is the same as American costumers but does not include the return specimen fees, which it does for American costumers. Maybe think about lowering the price then ? Aside that I found the costumer service very helpful when needed and I got my results 4 days after they have received my specimen.
