Shipping was very delayed. We ended up having to hand deliver our items from out of town. We left 5 messages and couldn’t get anyone to return a phone call. Terrible customer service. Product was very easy to use and the results were returned quickly after we dropped them off at the facility.

Confused as to the instructions. Sent an email and didn’t receive response. Do I need the RealTime Lab Payment Authorization Form or is the invoice enough ?

Terrible customer service. I was told that I would get a ten minute consult with a doctor and the woman that answered the phone at the lab said I would get an appointment on Monday or Tuesday and then I never heard from her with a time. I got a positive result for a Mycotoxin and no info. from them as promised. In addition, in my results it said I could speak with a nurse for a referral, come to find out she is no longer there. The first part of the process was great but the most important part customer service and follow through was horrible.
